Chris Duncan was appointed Managing Director, TNL in November 2016.

Chris is responsible for continuing to grow sales of The Times and The Sunday Times in print and digital and seeking out new opportunities for the brands to develop alternative revenue streams.

During his career with the company Chris has held the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer, playing a leading role in building direct sales channels for all titles and growing revenue from subscriptions both in print and digital channels.

He has led cross-functional teams to build the customer management, data and e-commerce capabilities that support The Times and The Sunday Times’ paid content strategy. Prior to joining News UK, Chris was Managing Director of Infoloop and Alchemetrics, both agencies focused on customer value management for the publishing sector. Chris is married with two sons.
