I lead PwC’s award-winning Media Insight & Assurance team and have advised clients on such diverse issues as audience measurement, media audit, impact assessment, digital strategy, GDPR readiness, and cross-border news consumption.
My team collaborated with industry representatives in developing the UK’s first industry standard for multi-platform audience measurement for business media, and in launching the first truly global multi-platform campaign planning tool with the Financial Times. We are currently supporting the UK Government in its £140m media-buying review, working with ISBA to evolve its media agency framework agreement, and recently concluded a project with JCDecaux to audit the delivery of digital billboard impressions.
